Raise Sunken Concrete — No Tear-Out, Same-Day Use.

Sunken driveway, uneven sidewalk, settling garage or shop slab? We lift it back into place with polyurethane foam — dime-sized holes, expanding foam that fills the voids and raises the slab, then we patch the holes. No demolition, no new pour, and you can usually drive on it the same day. Lighter than old-school mudjacking, it won't wash out and gets into voids slurry can't.

✔ A fraction of the cost of replacement ✔ Done in hours ✔ Walk/drive same day ✔ Veteran-Owned

Questions

How long does it last?

We use polyurethane foam — lightweight, waterproof, and it won't wash out like old-style mudjacking slurry. Built to stay put.

Can I use it right away?

Usually yes — the foam cures fast, so most driveways and floors are ready to use the same day.

What can you lift?

Driveways, garage and shop floors, patios, sidewalks, steps, and we also do void fill under slabs and around structures.

Is lifting better than replacing the slab?

Usually. Lifting reuses the slab you already have, cures fast, and skips the mess and downtime of tearing out and repouring — so it's typically quicker and less disruptive than a full replacement. If a slab is badly cracked or failed, we'll tell you straight when replacement is the better call.

Will the foam add weight and make sinking worse?

No — polyurethane foam is lightweight compared to the mud or grout used in old-style mudjacking. It fills the voids and lifts the slab without piling on the heavy load that can contribute to re-settling.

Why is my slab or driveway sinking?

Almost always it's the soil underneath — water washing out the fines, poor original compaction, or voids opening up after erosion or a wet season. We lift the slab back with polyurethane foam and fill the voids so it stays put. When water's the real driver, it's usually the same water hitting your crawl space and grading — worth looking at together.
