A Roof That Lasts — and Saves — for Decades

With proper care and periodic recoating, a spray foam roof can last for decades, saves energy every month, and usually installs over your existing roof — so there's no tear-off headed to the landfill.

Built to last

Good for the building, good for the bill

With proper care and periodic recoating, a spray polyurethane foam roof can last well over 30 years — and because SPF usually installs right over the existing roof, you skip the tear-off and the landfill load. Add the monthly energy savings from a sealed, insulated, reflective roof, and it's one of the most sustainable roofing choices available. It renews with a recoat instead of a full replacement, so the same roof keeps going.

LONG LIFE

Decades, with care

Maintained and recoated on schedule, an SPF roof can last well over 30 years — you renew the coating, not the whole roof.

LESS WASTE

No tear-off

SPF usually goes over the existing roof, so the old roof stays out of the landfill and you skip the demolition.

SAVES ENERGY

Every month

A sealed, insulated, reflective roof eases heating and cooling load — savings that add up over the life of the roof.

Questions

Sustainable roofing — FAQ

What makes a spray foam roof a sustainable choice?

A few things: it usually installs over the existing roof, so the old roof stays out of the landfill; it renews with a recoat instead of a full tear-off; and a sealed, insulated, reflective roof eases heating and cooling load over its whole life.

Do you have to tear off the old roof first?

Usually not — spray foam bonds to most existing low-slope roofs after prep, so we can go right over what you have and skip the demolition and landfill fees. We'll assess yours first and tell you straight.

How does a spray foam roof lower a building's energy use?

Two ways: it air-seals and adds insulation across the whole roof, so less heat escapes in winter and less gets in during summer, and a reflective top coat bounces away solar heat. Together that means your heating and cooling systems don't have to work as hard over the life of the roof. Every building is different, so we won't promise a specific dollar figure — but that sealing, insulation, and reflectivity is what makes a foam roof efficient.
